Bridget Fragale, LMT
Bridget Fragale is a licensed massage therapist specializing in clinical rehabilitation, pain management, and advanced myofascial techniques. Originally from Minnesota, she relocated to the Pacific Northwest to pursue training in a regulated healthcare environment, completing her core education at Ashmead College with a focus on clinical assessment and the treatment of soft-tissue conditions. She subsequently completed specialized training in sports and injury rehabilitation, centering her work on structural myofascial approaches and Anatomy Trains protocols. Bridget also holds prior training as an EMT and is currently completing a degree in Community Health Promotion at the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health.
Her practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to recovery. Having navigated complex orthopedic rehabilitation firsthand, she focuses on delivering effective, high-precision structural work in the least painful manner possible, ensuring clients understand the underlying mechanics of their treatment. Her primary clinical modalities focus on the fascial system—both macro- and micro-neurofiber structures—integrated with traditional modalities to regulate the nervous system and restore functional movement. Bridget works closely with motivated clients seeking to identify the root causes of chronic pain or postural dysfunction and establish sustainable paths to recovery.
